BIO
I am a painter for cause; painted on social/environmental issues. Studied art formally from Higher Secondary School to Graduation, but persuaded higher education and career in the field of Socio-Economic Research and Development. I am Working as Senior Assistant Regional Director, IGNOU (Central Govt. University, India) .
Started painting in 2011 after a long gap.
Four group and one solo show in various art Galleries at Bhopal city, India in last 10 years.
STATEMENT
I paint , whenever I feel I need to convey something. My Profession make me meet various People, Students, Rural and Tribal communities. I have expertise in community mobilisation and development, and during my work, I get inspired mostly by the Rural India. I usually paint in water and acrylic, but love to paint in oil colours. Apart from Paints I love to work on brass sheets.
