ARTIST BIO

Yawer Yameen was born and raised in Karachi, and spent a part of his childhood era in Riyadh, KSA. He has been fortunate enough to be a traveler that gave him the opportunity to explore the art of nature. He got a scholarship and completed his study in the field of aerospace and avionics from PTC ( Pakistan International Airline Training Centre) in 2013. He has been working as senior avionics technologist in PIA since then. A self-taught Pakistani artist works in his home studio in Karachi, who hadn’t touched paintbrush couple of years ago, His art is still evolving and channelizing his thoughts and imagination into an artistic reality. His artwork has been displayed in various art galleries.

ARTIST STATEMENT

As an artist, Yawer Yameen strives to provide beauty through art for all. He shakes his thoughts in such a way that it starts giving him the historical significance of compassion and remembrance. Observation and personal inklings make him create art which benefits the society, cherish the art lover and relaxed the depressed. He uses the universal language of communication through art which reflects personal symbolism to the outer persona of essence, he loves to live a versatile life and to become a versatile artist.
