BIO
Born in Ankara, Turkey, Hazal Ozturk lives in New York now. Although she has a Master's degree in Chemistry, she works as a UX Designer by day and she is an abstract artist by night. Her diverse professional background helps her to see the world from different perspectives and she reflects this to her art. Her message through her art is finding inner peace and spreading self-awareness. She likes to see the world through lenses and canvases.
ARTIST STATEMENT
Art is one of the key differentiators between us and other species. It's a reflection of evolution. Art fulfills the emotional needs of evolved humans. As a self-taught artist, I've been controlling my evolution and sharing this process with others. More art everywhere. Make art everyday.
