Pandemic, The Light Therein
I paint primarily with oils in both abstract and landscape, enjoying a balance of both. My work is accentuated by a mixture of color, texture, and shape, and is inspired by the beauty of both nature and people, including friends, family, and other artists.
Painting gives my life direction and meaning and helps me to see the world in unique ways. My goal is to create artwork that communicates my feelings and the feelings of others and to express a sense of positivity and light in a sometimes-dark world. It gives me great joy when viewers express happiness in their feedback on my art.
