The Endangered, Can Art Save Them?

An International Art Exhibition

(November 7 through January 8, 2021)

BIO

A lover of Monet and Van Gogh, Heidi, was inspired to start drawing at an early age. She is a self-taught artist and currently resides in Northwest Arkansas. The mediums she works with are pencil, watercolor, and acrylic paint. The last couple years she has been working with a mixed media of feathers and acrylic paint. This creates a striking 3D effect to her bird paintings

STATEMENT

The older I get the more I crave the outlet of art and creativity. I hope I never lose the joy that I receive by creating things for myself and others. My current phase of artistry all centers around birds. I find them to be absolutely amazing creatures full of beauty and wonder is it sore through the sky. I hope that I've been able to capture a small bit of that wonder in my work.
