BIO

After being declared legally blind, due to a bilateral eye nerve atrophy, and permanent vision loss, that is not improving with refraction, I was referred to the Center for Blind and Visually Impaired in Salt Lake City. During my training there I was truly amazed by how much a blind fox could do. Influenced by their ability, and my hunger for the fine arts, I decided to pursue a career in just that. During the year 2005, I earned my BFA in teaching art and later my MFA, both from the University of Utah.

Beginning in 2003 and to the present, my artwork has been showcased in many local shows in Utah, as well as throughout the United States.
