Jackson has exhibited extensively. His work is in a number of private collections in the U.S. and has been shown in foreign countries such as Lesotho, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea and New Guinea, through the Artist in Embassies program.
My recent paintings portray the existence of those living in the Now with a backdrop and recognition of those from whom we are descended. The circumstances of who we are and how we got here are, in most cases, minimally documented, but our connections as humans transcend the constraints of culture, politics and ethnicity.
