BIO

I am an artist, speaker, coach, and survivor of life long trauma. A constant prayer was to be wrapped in love and protection. My prayer was answered by an unsolicited invitation to a felting class during one healing process. Using silk and wool fibers with plant and tree particles, I create wet felted wearable art which are "Healing Wraps". Every strand is laid by hand and hand agitated. My award winning Healing Wraps have been on exhibit in galleries, museums and other art forums. The Healing Wraps are used in different healing settings including water dowsing ceremonies, coaching, wellness and energy healing sessions. My intent is to wrap others in healing and to encourage others. The Healing Wraps are multi purposed and bring healing to home and office settings. I am available for demonstrations, talks and art exhibits and may be reached @fiberartwithfelicia.

This Healing Wrap depicts the primary colors associated with childhood development. It is made with a silk foundation, fibers of wool roving, sprinkles of silk glitter, prayers, and intents for wellness and protection. It is crafted small in size as a reminder to honor all children. The Healing Wrap encourages play, learning and most importantly creativity. It encourages children to enjoy a healthy childhood. Additionally, the "Child's Play" Healing Wrap promotes getting outside with nature which tends to be the best "playground" any child could dream of. With all Healing Wraps, this wrap brings the opportunity of swaddling and caring for our young ones.
